Peak Performance King of Style Crowns the King of Big Air Nov. 20

Stockholm, Sweden – On Saturday, Nov. 20, freestyle skiing’s elite will gather together at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium to crown the king of big air. Peak Performance is also running a video qualification where the four best skiers will win a place in Peak Performance King of Style.nThis competition is one of the biggest in freestyle big air. Everyone wanting to participate should upload a video to YouTube that’s no longer than 60 seconds, and then apply by sending Peak Performance a link to the video. YouTube visitors then vote on their favorite skier. A jury will select four winners out of the 20 who have received most “likes” from YouTube visitors with the winners competing at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium.

New this year is the Peak Performance King of Style final, to be run in a head to head format and held on Nov. 20 between 4 and 5 p.m. The riders battle for glory as well as $20,000 in the biggest city jump ever.

Peak Performance King of Style is part of the Stadium Winter Jam, a full day, activity-packed event at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium which attracts both competitors and visitors from all over the world. During the day there will also be a big air contest for snowboarders, the LG Snowboard FIS World Cup, winter sports fair and a rail arena open to the public as well as loads of other action.
