Canada Freestyle Partners with Volvo for Calgary World Cup

Calgary (AB), Canada – The Canadian Freestyle Ski Association (CFSA) has partnered with Volvo Canada for the January 26 FIS Mogul World Cup in Calgary.

The 2013 Freestyle Ski Moguls Grand Prix Presented by Volvo at Winsport’s Canada Olympic Park will bring the top mogul skiers in the world to Alberta, including Canadian Olympic Champion Alex Bilodeau, for the fourth stop of the 2013 tour.

“We’re delighted to be part of the Freestyle World Cup. It’s a big international event so it’s important to have it here in Calgary, and the action and audience is a great match for the Volvo brand,” added Paul Valentine, general manager of Valentine Volvo in Calgary. “I encourage everyone to come out to cheer on the Canadian team at Canada Olympic Park on January 26.”

The 2013 Freestyle Ski Moguls Grand Prix Presented by Volvo at Winsport’s Canada Olympic Park on January 26 is an Olympic qualification event and will be the only opportunity for fans to see the Canadian team compete against the world’s best on home snow this season.
