The ski area, along with two other properties in Keene, N.H. owned by Baybutt Construction Corp. of Keene, is scheduled to be sold in foreclosure on February 1.

The foreclosure arises out of a $89,789.11 mortgage issued last October by Interstate Electrical Services Corp. of North Billerica, Mass., to Frederick L. Baybutt, manager of Granite Gorge LLC and Island Bay Investments LLC, the owner of the other two properties.

Granite Gorge, just outside of Keene, was opened in 2003 on the site of the former Pinnacle Mountain ski area, which operated until the 1970s.
